- Hosting provider for storing data
These companies are required to keep your data safe and can't use it for other purposes.
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect rights and safety

6. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your data is protected with:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS)

Your profile and clips are deleted within 30 days
We may retain some data for legal or business purposes (like payment records)
Backup copies may exist for up to 90 days

RefClips is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

RefClips is based in the United States. If you use our service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and stored in the US. By using RefClips, you consent to this transfer.
